If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot process your order or supply the information requested from us.
By placing an order through this website, you declare to be over 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and to be bound by it.
Ordering. Purchase system. Prices
Language. The contract may be executed, depending on the choice, in any of the languages in which the Conditions are available on this website (Spanish and English), although the language in which the terms and legal conditions thereof shall be interpreted should be Spanish.
The registration procedure also requires you to choose a username (email address) and password to access your account. You are responsible for the custody of these to prevent unauthorised use by third parties and the consequences of any kind arising from non-compliance with this obligation.
Placing orders. Through the different sections of the website, the Customer will be guided at all times during the online purchase process, selecting those items of interest, after checking their characteristics, availability, prices and shipping costs, and that will be saved provisionally in a “basket or shopping cart” or similar space and from which items may be removed or replaced by others at any time, before making the payment or assume any purchase commitment.

Confirmation of the purchase made At the end of the purchase process, ZERO AND GREEN will inform you via email of all features of the order placed, the date of purchase, the total price, transportation method, and estimated delivery of the product purchased.
Price All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed along with the items do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed when adding the item to the shopping cart and filling in shipping information. Shipping costs may vary depending on the place of delivery of the order (national or European territory, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
Product prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which ZERO AND GREEN has sent an order confirmation.
Means of payment accepted on the website are:
Payment by credit card or debit card: It is possible to pay by credit card or debit card at no additional charge. The charge on your credit card will be made at the conclusion of the order, since the validation of the payment is immediate. The data to be transmitted related to payments by credit card is encrypted via a secure line to the POS (Point of Sale) of the Bank which is operated by ZERO AND GREEN. If you make payment by credit card you will be asked for the card number, expiration date and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. Credit card payment is completely safe, since we use advanced SSL encryption systems. To guarantee 100% secure payment, this data is not stored on our server, so you have to provide this information all over again with each new order.
Pay with a PayPal account. To use this system, you must first have at the time of payment a Customer account with PayPal. Once you have chosen this system, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where the payment will be completed and you will be shown the amounts to be paid with the inclusion of all taxes or fees applicable to the operation. PayPal will send to your email account proof of the operation performed.
Cash on delivery. Cash payment upon receiving the order. This payment is only valid in mainland Spain. Likewise, any fees or expenses resulting from the use of this payment system shall be borne by the customer.
Should the choice of any of these payment methods assume an additional charge on the item price shown on the website, ZERO AND GREEN will inform you via the breakdown of the total price. All the increments that are applied by the use of the means of payment will be displayed before you acquire any commitment to pay. In any case, this charge will never exceed the actual cost borne by ZERO AND GREEN by the use of such means.
If a request was processed normally and subsequently verified by ZERO AND GREEN that the products are not in stock or any issues arise as to its supply, the Customer will be immediately informed. In these cases, ZERO AND GREEN will proceed to refund the amount that has been paid by the Customer through the same means used for payment, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 days have elapsed since the purchase was made.
Delivery of orders
These orders may be delivered to any country of the European Union, mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The delivery of the orders will be made in the postal address of delivery designated by the Customer and within the period indicated on the website according to the selected method of mailing and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery starting when the purchase was made.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the place of delivery of the order (national or European territory, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
We will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, although in some cases (post), there may be situations or periods of the year when deliveries may be delayed. If for some reason we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this fact and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery of the order has taken place when you or a third party authorised by you takes material possession of the products, which will be confirmed by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Delivery incidents: If we are unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave a note and will try to contact the recipient by telephone to make a new delivery. If the delivery is again unsuccessful after these two attempts, the package will be made available to the corresponding post office for 15 calendar days following the date of the notice.
If after those 15 days of your order is available for delivery and this has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to ZERO AND GREEN or the carrier, we will understand that you want to withdraw from the contract and consider the matter resolved.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping charges without undue delay and in any case within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you we consider the contract resolved. Where appropriate, ZERO AND GREEN may ask you for shipping expenses arising from the resolution of the contract.
Billing – VAT
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in national territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate shall be legally valid at any time depending on the particular item in question.
For orders to be delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, subject to the application of taxes and/or customs in accordance with relevant regulations.
You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice electronically. However, you can indicate at any time your wish to receive an invoice in paper, in which case we will issue one and send the invoice in paper format.
1. Legal right to cancel the purchase
If you enter into the contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or in the case that the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, to the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must, within the prescribed period, notify ZERO AND GREEN of your decision to cancel the purchase by sending an email to the address email@example.com and indicate the order number and request a change or return. You also have the option to send any other unequivocal statement by mail or email.
ZERO AND GREEN will promptly communicate in a durable medium (e.g., email) that it has received said withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to carry out said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, once we have received and reviewed the goods.
The returned order must be delivered to the address indicated by ZERO AND GREEN, together with the invoice issued, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the product. Products must be in perfect condition, not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging and accessories or promotional gifts (product samples, gifts brand) included.
You will be held solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: You will not have right to cancel the contract covering the supply of any of the following products:
Goods sealed for reasons of health or hygiene which were unsealed after delivery.
Your right to cancel the purchase shall apply exclusively to products that are returned in the same condition you received them. There will be no refund if the product has been used beyond merely opening, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or have been damaged, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions and other documents that accompany it.
2. Guarantees and Returns
For the purposes of these Conditions, a return will be understood to be caused by a defect, imperfection or the receipt of a wrong product.
For these purposes, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with these Conditions when they conform to the description and qualities that appear on the website, are suitable for the uses indicated for them and present a quality comparable to that of other products of the same or similar characteristics.
Return. In the event that, at the time of delivery of the order, the product has an imperfection, defect or you have received a product that does not correspond to the order placed, you must immediately notify ZERO AND GREEN of this circumstance via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the product data, as well as the damage suffered, and we will inform you of the way to make the return.
Once the items are returned, they will be checked by ZERO AND GREEN and we will let you know if any refund or, where appropriate, replacement of the product will take place.
ZERO AND GREEN will reimburse the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date of receipt of the return of the order. The refund will be made by the same means of payment which was paid.
Exemption and limitation of liability

Customer Service will provide an identification key and proof in writing (e-mail) of the filing of the claim. If your request is not satisfactorily resolved, the customer may appeal to the ordinary courts or process your claim through the Municipal Office of Consumer Information of your municipality of residence or the Consumer Arbitration Board of your Autonomous Community.

ZERO AND GREEN guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications with you. All online payment transactions are made through a secure server based on the SSL standard that protects data against attempted infringement by third parties. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Ultimately, the jurisdiction will be the Courts located in the consumer’s place of residence. In case the user does not act as a consumer or user, the parties agree that jurisdictional scope will fall to the Courts of the city of A Coruña.
